With this aim in mind, Proceli is working with renowned medical specialists to study the use of new raw materials that will enable it to increase its range of gluten & wheat free products.

Proceli's products are not only intended for people with Ceoliac disease. Apart from the fact that they do not contain gluten, many have been produced to cover other equally important needs, such as those of people who have intolerance to lactose or egg.

Pioneers in the Production of Gluten & Wheat Free Foods
Proceli has been manufacturing gluten & wheat free foods since 1998, as a result of its wish to improve the quality of life of people affected by Ceoliac disease. Set up in Terrassa by the Proceli family, who came from a long line of artisan bakers, Proceli is able to offer a wide range of fine-quality, fresh, tasty and gluten & wheat free products.

As part of its expansion process, Proceli is now enlarging its plant by 3.200 m2, by constructing a production plant and logisitics warehouse.

In addition, in recognition of its constant effort and dedication, in 1998 Proceli Turull, S.L was given the award for the best company for its application of new technology (R+D). In May 2005, Proceli also recieved the internationalization prize from the chamber of commerce.
